Jay Z Spends $66 Million … on one building!
Jay-Z has thrown down $66 million to buy a hideous looking four-story Time Warner Cable field office building in New York’s Chelsea district.

The building that looks like burnt waffles has six garage loading docks. Oh sweet!

 

The purchase reported by the New York Post is with three partners under the name J Hotels.
