These two are certainly good actors because as we see here on the set of their film, "Four Christmases," a romantic comedy, they're all smiles and fake kisses. But the truth of the matter is that the vastly differing temperaments held by Type-A personality Reese Witherspoon and "fly-by-the-seat-of-his-pants" Vince Vaughn are seriously clashing on-set. According to a source involved in the film, Reese shows up to set early and her insistence on rehearsing scenes is a source of frustration to Vince, who prefers to improvise a bit. According to the tipster, "Sometimes Vince will be standing behind her and he has this look on his face that he just wants to kill her!" Despite any tension that may exist between the two, the movie itself seems to be running on budget without any scheduling delays, so I'm sure that as far as the producers are concerned, they can utter terse threats of bodily harm to each other through gritted teeth all they want.
