Billy Ray Puts The Hammer Down On Miley Cyrus
I guess Miley Cyrus has learned her lesson with credit cards.

The Hannah Montana star got her shiny little credit card swiped through a tree shredder when Billy Ray found out she purchased an $11,350 crocodile Prada bag. 

No more shopping spree for Miley.  With all of her cards gone, she is back to an allowance of only $300-a-month.  Poor thing.

Probably a good idea to nip her spending in the bud now before she becomes the next Britney or Lindsay.
