Grey's Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey, 41, and his wife Jillian tote around their twins, Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 10 months, in California's Pacific Palisades on December 15th.

Patrick enjoys race car driving in his free time. It was announced that he will run the Rolex 24 at Daytona in January.

Patrick and Jillian also have a daughter, Tallulah Fyfe, 5.
