Lindsay Lohan has fuelled lesbian rumours after holding hands with her 28 year old female pal Courtenay Semel. They describe one another as “roommates”, and have been living together in a Los Angeles house for about a month, according to reports. Last week they appeared to take their romance public by attending a party at the home of so-called “power lesbian”, writer Jeanette Longoria. An insider revealed: “Lindsay came with Courtenay to the party around midnight and they stayed for an hour. The girls held hands and were with each other the whole time. Every time I see Lindsay, there’s Courtenay. They are always together.” The close pals left together, and were spotted the next day shopping in Beverly Hills, California. Courtenay, who is the daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel, is also starring in a new reality tv show named “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive”, produced by Jessica Simpon’s father, Joe Simpson, and features a pack of spoiled, rich kids roughing it on a Colorado ranch.
