The 22-year-old Burke suffered from severe abdominal pain on Tuesday night, the first night of the DWTS tour. She was rushed to a
Seattle hospital, treated and released. She was examined by her personal San Francisco physician as well.
The mystery illness caused Burke to sit out two shows—Tuesday in Seattle and tonight in Sacramento.
Dancing’s tour spokesperson tells PEOPLE today that Burke “is not suffering
from appendicitis and has been cleared to rejoin the tour on Friday, December 21 (in San Jose).”
