Michelle Rodriguez Reports To Jail
According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Web site, the former Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was booked at 4:33 p.m. yesterday in the same facility where Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan did their time.

Rodriguez began a 6 month sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. Rodriguez may get out early due to over crowding issues and for good behavior, which is granted by state law. What a surprise it would be if she actually served her time.

In May 2006, she served only four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month sentence at the Lynwood Jail for violating probation from a DUI arrest in Hawaii in December 2005, which she only served two days for.  

I’m guessing she’ll get an early release.
