LA Celebrity Drunk Tank: Mischa Barton DUI!

Guess who was picked up for DUI early this morning. Well here's a hint - we haven't seen much of her on TV since her character was killed off on the OC, but we will be seeing her mugshot plastered all over the Internet soon. That's right, hottie Mischa Barton got caught driving around under the influence! Barton, driving a white Range Rover, was stopped on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd, and found to be legally impaired. That's when LA's finest slapped the cuff's on the cutey, and hauled her off to the station. Her bail is a hefty $10 000. To make matters even worse, Mischa was driving around without a license. Didn't she learn anything from Paris Hilton's misfortunes?? Not to mention Michelle Rodriguez and Kiefer Sutherland. The LA Celebrity Drunk Tank will soon be bursting at the seems! What could be that young woman's problem?? ElectroHypersensitivity Syndrome perhaps? Mischa is an Aquarius.

There's another young celebrity who likes booze and pills. Not to mention narcotic spiked lollipops. If she's not more careful, she too might be joining Mischa, and many others, in the klink. That would be none other than Britney Spears. Britney has repeatedly skipped her deposition hearings with ex Kevin Federline, and his legal eagle Mark David Kaplan. Well she's had tons of important stuff to do, like coffee runs to Starbucks, driving around on the wrong side of the road, causing near riots with her road side street mural photo shoots, and screwing random paparazzi (though that guys swears he just spent 7 hours listen to Britney bitch about her problems). Now KFed & Co are getting majorly peeved. Kaplan says that Brit will sit for her deposition and soon, or else. The or else would be contempt of court, and that could mean jail time. "She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show," one legal eagle confirms to OK! magazine. "That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility." Well that'll give her more to talk about, if she decides to have another paparazzi rap session. Looks like it's gonna be a bang up New Year!
