Valerie Begue to Remain Miss France, Inappropriate

Despite the Valerie Begue photo heard round the world, Miss France 2008 will get to keep her crown.

According to The Associated Press, the racy and sacreligious pictures of Begue will not cost her the honor she earned in early December, even though pageant rules state the contestants must “never have posed or exhibited (themselves) in dubious outfits or poses, partially or totally nude.”

Valerie Begue just likes the taste of evaporated milk. Tara Conner, for one, doesn’t know what’s wrong with that.

As a compromise, officials decided that Begue will remain Miss France, but won’t be allowed to compete in Miss World or Miss Universe. The first-runner up will replace her in those pageants.
