lalate news broke alleged new pics of Hannah Montana’s Miley Cyrus. Do you think they are racy? MSNBC thinks they are. We beg to differ.

 

And then we broke to you within just days reports from one mag that Cyrus split from reported boyfriend Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, with no comment from Cyrus.

 

Now according to MSNBC Cyrus has still not commented on the pictures.

 

Why not?

 

“Miley Cyrus’ racy pics …..  No word from Cyrus’ rep yet on whether the “Hannah Montana” star and her friend in the photo were just caught from a bad angle, or whether they were behaving badly. “
