Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale did a little shopping recently, but hid hardcore from the paps. At one point they hid behind a sheet and purposely refused to look near the cameras. Why so shy? They were seen out shopping and then headed over to McDonalds. That's not good for the complection, no wonder they looked so drab.
