After she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Thursday (following a nearly three-hour custody standoff involving her sons), LAPD Officer Jason Lee told City News Service that Spears appeared to be under the influence of an "unknown substance."
Last September, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon called Spears a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances, and ordered her to undergo twice-weekly random testing.
