“Extra” has obtained the court papers in regard to the divorce of Tara Patrick (Carmen Electra) and Dave Navarro. In the papers, filed today in an Los Angeles, they have been granted a final dissolution of marriage. There is a waver of spousal support, meaning neither party owes the other spousal support. Additionally, there is no community property to split and the couple had a premarital agreement. All personal effects currently in their possession belongs to them. Also, they are not able to inherit anything from one another.
