Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Cuddle at Critics' Choice Awards

We won't be seeing Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie walking the red carpet at the Golden Globes this year -- or anyone else for that matter -- so we'll have to take what we can get. And what we can get right now is catching the twosome as the arrived for last night's Critics' Choice Awards, with Brad rocking a new goatee. Inside the venue, Brangelina snuggled close at their table, and though Angie didn't take home the trophy for her role in A Mighty Heart, Brad makes a pretty decent consolation prize.

Also on hand was George Clooney, who spoke out about the writer's strike. "When the strike happens, it's not just writers [affected]," George said onstage. "Our hope is that all the players will lock themselves in a room and not come out until they finish. We want this to be done. That's the most important thing."

Amen, George. Someone needs to save us from out reality tv-induced coma.
