Canada’s Ellen Page dazzled at the 2008 Critics Choice Awards in Santa Monica last night. The Canadian actress is currently starring in the film “Juno” in which she plays a pregnant teen. Page kindly accepted the award for “Best Comedy Movie” along side actress Allison Janney! Congrats!… Other Canadian celebs in the film included “Superbad” actor Michael Cera… GO-CANADA-GO!!
Page’s performance in “Juno” has created huge buzz from critics and the acting community. She was recently nominated for “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy“… unfortunately we may not get to see her win it! because rumor has it that the Golden Globes will not be broadcast this year due to the writers strike!…
