lalate was the first to break to you word that the photo agency representing Britney Spears’ “friend” Adnan Ghalib was allegedly shopping around racy pictures of Spears, amid reports that friends like Sam Lufti were fearing the same.

 

Now it has happened! The pics were SOLD!

 

Semi nude pictures are literally all over town as we speak, after several news sources have confirmed that the photo agency that represents Adnan Ghalib DID in fact shop the photos of Spears for a reported $5 million.

 

Spears is seen above in a spread from the french mag Maximal last year.

 

And yes, they have been bought according to sources!

 

TMZ and X17 are confirming that the photos were shopped by Ghalib’s photo agency, despite a statement from the agency that it did not, and that the asking price tag was $5 million.
