Michelle Rodriguez Out of Jail Early for the SECOND Time

So it wasn't quite the in-and-out 80-plus minute sentence that most Hollywood DUI types have gotten this year, but Michelle Rodriguez has been released from jail just 17 days into her SIX MONTH sentence. The six-month sentence that various prison and legal authorities insisted she must serve every day of. Cue the "overcrowding" boilerplate in 3...2...1...BINGO.

But for real, while I get that she didn't kill anyone or anything, I have to ask: how many lucky breaks is she gonna get?

Like Paris, Michelle was actually sent to jail for violating her probation post-DUI sentencing. And this is her SECOND early release from jail. She served just four hours and 20 minutes of her original two-month sentence, and then after "failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device" was slapped with the longer, harsher sentence. 16 days, three hours and 40 minutes longer, to be exact.

Meanwhile, Jack Bauer is all, WHY DO YOU HATE FREEDOM? SPECIFICALLY, MY FREEDOM? He continues to wash skivvies in the prison laundry. Kiefer Sutherland, as you may recall, purposely agreed to serve a much longer sentence in exchange for being allowed to schedule it around 24's production schedule. Which is...not happening at all because of the strike. D'oh?
