Rachel Bilson reportedly refuses to shed her clothes for the big screen and almost lost out on a major movie role because she didn't want to go nude. The former O.C. star faced losing her role in The Last Kiss because of her position on nudity, but she was able to convince the movie execs that baring all was unnecessary. She said:
"Movies can be sexy or sexual without showing things. It's almost a deal breaker. The movie was rated R, and they like to put in nudity wherever they can, but I'm pretty strong willed and believe it can be avoided."
Good for her in standing her ground. However, I wonder if she'll able to keep this stance for long in the business because sex and nudity certainly sell.
