Busta Rhymes turned himself in and was booked on a misdemeanor assault charge at a Manhattan police station Wednesday night after his limo driver, Eddie Hatchett, filed a report that Busta and his bodyguards kicked and punched him when confronted over 19-days of unpaid invoices.
