Nicole Richie gave birth to a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Friday evening. Their 6 pound, 7 ounce daughter has been names Harlow Winter Kate Madden. Joel Madden, the babies father, was on hand to welcome the new arrival.  MORE on Bitten and Bound
