Thank you so much to LA LATE for sharing this scoop with us!  Unfortunately as Brit was smooching her paparazzo outside the courthouse, her lawyers were inside waiting for her to give testimony about why she deserves to regain visitation with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.   Apparently her no-show resulted in another ruling against her:  she has lost custody and visitation with her kids "indefinitely."    Read on for more:

Who did Britney Spears kiss in public moments ago on the lips?!

 

Moments ago, CNN broadcasted a video of Britney Spears on a split screen arriving at Court. But the CNN anchor and field reporter did not notice that Spears was kissing someone on the video.

 

If you look closely, CNN (courtesy of lalate watching catching it!) might have gotten the biggest exclusive of 2008 for Britney Spears! ….. Britney Spears kissing a very tall, dark haired man, on the lips for the first time publically!

 

Who is the man? Is it Adnan Ghalib?
