Can someone please explain to Bossy why she continues to watch The Real Housewives of Orange County, a show she hates? She is using the word ‘hate’ here. About a television show.

And Bossy doesn’t just watch this show, she stays up late to watch this show. And then when the show is rebroadcast the next day Bossy watches that too. OK, and maybe there has been a Housewives of Orange County Marathon or two involved. Or three.

Vicki bribes her children with new cars when not screaming in the shrillest voice possible across Lake Whatever from her position in her husband’s speedboat. Lauri digs for gold when not telling all the world that her youngest daughter is her favorite, a trick she accomplishes without the use of any facial muscles. Tammy stares blankly and, what does Tammy do again? Jeana used to stroke her ambition but not her husband, and now they are separated. Tamra is a new Housewife who has some little kids and one big kid—two big kids if you count her husband—and she likes to drink too much at client meetings. And then there’s an even newer Housewife who dates really young and awful guys, but Bossy hasn’t bothered to memorize her name yet because all Bossy knows is that her name is not Jo, who was a Vintage Housewife from the first and second seasons.

Can someone please tell Bossy about an alternative show airing on Tuesday nights at 10 pm EST?
