Kevin Federline schedules emergency court hearing
Kevin Federline and his lawyer plan to be in court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing, reportedly regarding custody of his two sons with Britney Spears. Currently, Kevin can see Sean Preston, 17 months, and Jayden James, 5 months, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-5 pm - however, this custody agreement, which had been extended from January, comes to an end next week.

It is believed Kevin will be going to court to re-negotiate the agreement, perhaps because of his estranged wife's continuing troubling episodes. Kevin canceled a scheduled stay in Las Vegas from February 14th-19th to be available for Britney and his children, if need be.
