The infant was born on Wednesday at a London hospital to Laura and husband Harry Lopes.
The baby is the second grandchild for Camilla, 60, after the arrival of baby Lola to the Duchess's son, Tom Parker Bowles and his wife Sara Buys last October.
A Clarence House spokeswoman said: "The Duchess of Cornwall is overjoyed and has been to see her granddaughter."
