According to the January 21st edition of Star Magazine, The Ghost Whisperer herself may be negotiating to have her own daytime talk show. She could be on my TiVo every day to remind me how much I hate my own hair.
Oprah held the lead for so long in the daytime arena, that few tried to challenge her. Once Ellen developed a strong fan base, even in cities where she was aired opposite of Oprah, other women were given they chance to find their voice in daytime. Rachael Ray and Tyra both seem to have a strong audience - is there room for Jennifer Love Hewitt and her enviable tresses?
I am a recent convert from being a Hewitt Hater. I despised her for the many years my husband has loved her...and her cleavage. But she has won me over in the last year with her sincerity and - Oh My God - I love her show. I know it's incredibly lame, and predictable, and does a ghost whisperer always show so much boob? But I can't help it. I love it and I would love to see her in my daytime lineup. Especially if she dropped one of the three names. It's a bit more than a mouthful in conversation.
