Britney’s Come Undone

Britney Spears has done it again - this time just as quickly as the last time.  We're talking about ditching rehab, of course.  The pop star entered and exited a rehabilitative treatment facility in under 24 hours for the second time this week.

Last weekend, BritBrit supposedly went through the revolving door of rehab at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre on the island of Antigua.  While this week's episode occurred at the residential Promises facility in Malibu, the in-patient treatment offered to the star seemed to go only about as well as her first attempt.

So, what has Britney running from rehab?  No one has said for certain what’s even putting her there in the first place, of course.  But there have been some clues as to why she’s abandoned Promises.

While on a smoke break during her brief stay at the Malibu compound, paparazzi managed to stalk their way into a few photos of the pop star.  Soon after, Britney bailed on the facility and consulted the services of a high-powered lawyer – to sue the paparazzi some say.

Perhaps Britney left rehab because she hasn’t hit rock bottom yet.  Whatever she’s been hitting this past week, though, definitely has her looking to be in need of help.
