Church plans to protest Ledger’s memorial
OK. I'm annoyed. A radical Baptist church plans to protest at Heath Ledger's memorial service because of his role in Brokeback Mountain. Really? I mean, REALLY? You can't be serious. I am actually really disturbed over this. Enough is enough. It’s time to move past personal opinion and far-right-wing reactionaries and at the very least, show respect for a family that’s coping with a terrible loss. Heath Ledger — a great man, and a great actor. His role in Brokeback Mountain is proof of that.
