A judge has denied Foxy Brown's request to California for an an electronic ear implant ( ha..I didn't even know they did that). The rapper who is notorious for her bad behavior, revealed her hearing problems during a court appearance in 2004. Her petition to the judge said that her condition was worsening in jail and that she faced serious harm to her hearing unless she had the cochlear implant reprogrammed and repaired. Foxy's lawyers are saying that she can only get the help she needs from a specialist but to add insult to injury she is being sent to a clinic in NYC....if she makes an appointment today, the clinic should be able to squeeze her in the day before her release date...
