Will They Keep Britney In Or Let Her Out? Britney’s In Court Now!

Today Britney is going to be visited by 4-5 dotors who are going to conduct an evaluation of her mental state. Britney can’t be held for more than 72 hours if she is deemed stable which will be decided today. A LA County Officer is the only one who can determine if Britney is ill enough to be held against her will.

If Britney chooses to stay and get more treatment on her own accord she will be enrolled in a four week recovery program which consists of meetings aimed at teaching her about her disease and how to control it. The judge is going to make the best decision for Britney i think maybe the four week programme will be good for her so she can learn how to control her bipolar but she could do that as an out patient attending the classes. Like i said before the judge is going to make the best decision for Britney.

In other Britney news she is only allowing Sam to visit her she has banned all family members from visiting. Britneys family lastnight tried to visit her but they were denied access.  Source

Update - Britney’s Parent Go To Court

TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears’ parents have just gone to court, and they’re in a courtroom that establishes conservatorships for people with severe mental problems.  Jamie and Lynne Spears will appear at the County courthouse in downtown L.A. Sources say both parents are extremely concerned about the welfare of their daughter and upset because Sam Lutfi is trying to call the shots on all matters Britney.

The court has the power to create a conservatorship, which would allow both Jamie and Lynne to make medical decisions on behalf of Britney. The conservatorship would also allow them to control Britney’s financial affairs. Both parents have made it clear: they believe Lutfi’s influence has placed their daughter and her assets at risk.   Source
