Scott Baio, 46, and his wife Renee, 35, welcomed daughter Bailey on December 8. The couple introduced her in the new issue of In Touch, and Scott talks about how Bailey has made him feel complete:

“I never expected it to be so amazing and fulfilling, I was scared and fighting it, but I didn’t know I could feel this complete”
