trying to get your head on straight, we doubt you think of entering a rehab
center like Britney's. Actually, it sounds like a freaking vacation to us -
masseuses, gourmet chefs, personal trainers, aestheticians, and 800-thread
count sheets in an ocean or mountain view room. Yes, my friends, Britney
Spears forked over a mere $48,000 to escape to Promises Residential
Treatment Center for the next month (assuming she actually stays for more
than a day this time).
Don't get us wrong, we're not trying to sound callous. We know the girl has
problems- even Britney's father has called her "sick" - but come on, can you
really get through your issues in rehab by horseback riding in the afternoon
and eating sushi for dinner?
And we think the reason Kevin has visited her so often is because they allow
guests to enjoy their services- might as well take advantage of the free soy
lattes, right? And surely they have on-site child care so we wonder why
didn't she bring her two kids.
God, if we had enough cash, we'd shave our head, tat lips on our forehead,
and chase a photographer with an umbrella, just to stay at Promises for a
month. It's reason alone to go off the deep end.
