It is the second time that K-Fed has visited Brit within the space of two days – he also visited the troubled pop princess on Friday.
According to an insider, Kevin brought sons Sean-P and 7-month-old Jayden-J to visit their mother at the Promises rehab centre on Saturday evening.
"The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been," a source tells People mag. "He’s so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids.”
