Heath Ledger's Death Ruled An Accident

Heath Ledger's Family Returns to Australia
The toxicology reports are in on Heath Ledger's death and the medical examiner has deemed it "an accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications." The actor's death was caused by "acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine."

You are more likely to recognize these drugs as Xanax, Valium and Ativan (all anti-anxiety drugs), plus Restoril, a pill for "debilitating insomnia." Doxlamine is an antihistamine also used to cure short-term insomnia and the drug Lunesta was found in Heath's system, as well.

He just wanted to be able to sleep. 

So sad. Such a tragedy.
