Childhood friends have confirmed that troubled star Britney Spears underwent breast enhancement surgery when she was just a teenager. In a new Rolling Stone magazine expose on the Toxic singer, the singer’s pals claim her mother, Lynne, allowed her daughter to go under the knife, but that Spears later had doctors remove her breast implants once her boobs started growing. A friend tells the magazine, “She regretted the implants, particularly because her chest was still growing. When her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed.” And Spears kept her surgery a secret from her friends.The insider adds, “When other girls did their boobs,they admitted it and moved on, but Britney was brought up to lie about herself.”
