New mama Milla Jovovich has her hands full. The Fifth Element herself stepped out in Beverly Hills to treat infant daughter Ever Gabo (born November 3, 2007) with some goods from Gymboree, and treat herself with a Venti Frappuccino.

Absent from the day trip was Milla’s fiance (and Ever’s papa) director Paul W.S. Anderson.

All that shopping and baby-schlepping must really burn the calories. Jovovich’s jeans are already looking looser! We won’t be surprised if Milla’s back to her pre-preggers, Hollywood “Resident” hottie shape in no time.
