The divorce between Paul McCartney and Heather Mills has been verbally agreed upon with Mills expected to formally finalize and sign Monday in Court a record $108 million divorce settlement from McCartney.
McCartney is believed to be worth at least $1.68 billion.
Mills had initially used an attorney but then at the very end represented herself.
According to the Daily Mail, Heather Mills Friday in a London Court orally agreed to walk away with a record $108 million divorce structured as the following.
Mills will get a upfront sum of approx $40 million and approx $4.9 million each year until her their daughter Beatrice reaches 18. Beatrice is currently 4 years old. That brings the total to roughly $108 million. The two were married for a mere 4 years.
