Britney Spears ex. husband Kevin Federline wants her to be allowed to see their children. Spears was stripped of her visitation rights to sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, last month after she had a breakdown at her Beverly Hills, California mansion at the end of a scheduled visit. But Federline, who divorced the singer last March, says he would approve of Spears regaining access to the kids as long as her parents accompany her. Spears’ lawyers failed in their latest struggle to reinstate the singer’s visitation rights at a hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday with the judge refusing to change Spears’ current access levels. After the hearing, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan insisted his client wants to see the situation resolved as the children need their mother. He says, “Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume. It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr. Federline looks forward to his children having their mom in their life.” Kaplan adds Federline “is doing everything that he can to make up for the fact that the boys are with him and keeping family around and trying to have them not aware that there’s any change whatsoever. “He’s doing great at being a parent.”
