Fresh off of celebrating her 29th birthday, Jennifer Love Hewitt has joined forces with The Abbey and Los Angeles Magazine to “raise much-needed funds and awareness for AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) through the 7th annual “The Envelope Please” Oscar viewing party.”

The Ghost Whisperer actress will play special host at the black-tie tail and dinner event, which “has raised more than $1.2 million for APLA through the years.”
