Christian Bale: Terminator 4

I guess there is a 4th installment of the Terminator series in the works: “Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins” will open on May 22, 2009 starring Christian Bale as John Connor. “T4″ will begin filming in New Mexico for two months on May 5. Many producers have been flocking to New Mexico for filming due to it’s generous tax incentives for filming.

The story is under wraps, but the basic plotline is that Skynet has destroyed most of humanity in a nuclear holocaust and John Connor (Bale) leads a group of survivors who struggle to stop the machines.

Interesting choice for John Connor - but T3 really sucked so I hope this can “up the bar,” as they say.
