After just 4 months as his wife, she requests annulment Pamela Anderson has filed for an annulment from husband Rick Salomon. The former Baywatch star made the application on Friday after only 4 months of marriage, reports E! Online. Pammie is said to have cited fraud, but no further details were given in the court papers.
