You know when you are watching television and you get embarrassed for the person on the screen and you kind of want to hide your own face or turn it off, even though it has nothing to do with you?

Well,  watching this video of Janet Jackson trying to teach Larry King some of her video moves, last night on his show, might be the best example of this ever. I almost couldn't get through the whole thing  -- it was so painful.

It's just so awkward! See if you can handle it -- then tell me if you had to hide your face, too.
