The latest evidence comes from a report in the NY Post, which claims that the Spanish actress, who previously dated Tom Cruise, threw a party to celebrate Javier's recent victory at the Academy Awards at West Hollywood hotspot Villa. Javier's entire family had flown in from Spain for the event!
"He took Penelope for a spin on the dance floor in front of all his family," the item quotes a witness as saying. "It's getting pretty serious."
