Patrick Dempsey daunted by fatherhood, needs a refresher course!

Patrick Dempsey is desperately attempting to adjust to life as a second and third time father, says his wife Jillian Fink. The couple had already had a daughter, Talula, 5, when they welcomed their twin boys, Darby and Sullivan last month, but it seems that Patrick needs to take a refreshers course in daddy duties. Jill adds;

I think sometimes he forgets that when babies are first born, they don't have any neck muscles and I'm like, 'Whoa! Baby head wobbling down to your feet!

The actor is also learning new duties. That is, the differences in diapers when you're changing boys instead of a girl!

Patrick, Jillian and Talula introduced Darby and Sullivan in this week's issue of PEOPLE magazine.
