A MONTH ago, Page Six called publicist Annett Wolf about a tip we had that Patrick Swayze had terminal pancreatic cancer. The fork-tongued flack not only denied the story, but said the “Dirty Dancing” star had checked into Stanford University Medical Center over the Feb. 2 weekend merely for a “gastrointestinal procedure” and was “home and happy.” Yesterday, after the National Enquirer reported Swayze has “five weeks to live,” Wolf admitted he indeed has terminal cancer - but actually blamed her suffering client for deceiving us. “Well, at the time I was telling you the truth. I didn’t know he had cancer,” Wolf howled. “And isn’t it up to him to tell the world he has cancer when he wants to?” Professional publicists avoid lying to reporters by declining to comment. Wolf is banished to our Liars’ Corner. Don’t trust anything she says about her other clients: Nicolas Cage, Debra Messing, Laura Dern, Taye Diggs, Felicity Huffman and Kiefer Sutherland.
