"I don't understand what's going on with that," Simpson says about the propensity of certain starlets to flash their goods for the cameras. "I'm the kind of girl who always puts my hand between my legs when I'm getting out of a car if I'm wearing a short skirt. I always wear underwear. It's a personal rule."

So now you know - Jessica Simpson always wears underwear. She has a rule about it. And what happens if she breaks the rule? Does she paddle herself on the ass? Whack herself in the knuckles with a ruler? Make herself stand in the corner? We know she doesn't make herself write "I will always wear underwear" on a piece of paper five-hundred times - Christ, "underwear" alone has 9 letters, not to mention all those other tough words (like "I"). There's a limit to how much punishment a person should have to bear.
