The whole article about her is pretty interesting too. Here’s a short snippet concerning Victoria’s diet and exercise habits (or lack thereof):
She says she eats healthily, and observing her intake during our meetings it’s all steamed vegetables, no fats, fish, edamame beans, fruit… and champagne, but there is a degree of control exercised which one would hardly call normal. She is genuinely fine-boned but is also, one suspects, haunted by being the fatter girl at the Laine Theatre Arts school, where she was never one of the “tall, skinny, gorgeous ones”. “I would never put my health at risk. Obviously working out is important. Well, I don’t. I have joined a gym but I can’t bring myself to start. What do you wear on the running machine? I can’t bring myself to wear flat shoes,” she says, fully aware she’s parodying herself - her common default position when questioned. “Eating disorders are an incredibly serious illness, but you’ve got to be realistic about who you are and what you are. I’d love to look like Linda Evangelista. You know what? I could try for the rest of my life, but I’m never going to look like her.”
