According to the NY Daily News, the three-page will was written before Heath took on his role in Brokeback Mountain -- which means it was done before her met former fiancée Michelle Williams and had daughter Matilda Rose.
Heath's family, who have been quite open with the press since the actor's accidental death in January, were quick to assure the world that they have no intentions of leaving Matilda high and dry.
"Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family," Heath's father Kim Ledger said in a statement. "They will be taken care of and that's how Heath would want it to be."
The Ledgers seem like such good people -- my heart is still broken for them.
