Courtney Thorne-Smith, 40, was spotted with Jacob “Jake” who turns 2-months old tomorrow over the weekend. On Saturday, Courtney met up with a friend, and Sunday the family did some shopping in LA, while Jake took a nap in his sling. It’s nice to see baby Jake–and Courtney looks great!
