Courtney Love debuted a new face this week at the premiere of Freedom Fighters. Courtney showed up on the arm of her producer, Billy Corgan, looking beat to hell and covered in make up. After an Us Weekly reporter asked if she had new work done, Courtney replied, “I’m not going to comment on that tonight,” she said. “I just think me looking human is cool.” Sure, if looking like Jocelyn Wildenstein’s sister is “looking human,” I guess she’s right.

Us Weekly claimed Courtney flew to Paris before the holidays to have her lips made smaller and her nose widened.

A source close to Love tells Us that the rocker flew to the City of Light shortly before Christmas to see a surgeon who specializes in “fixing” botched cosmetic surgery jobs.

After years of sporting a collagen-injected pucker, the singer is “happy to have her mouth back,” according to a source.

Although the singer has been open about her plastic surgery in the past, friends claim she doesn’t want to talk about it anymore. “She doesn’t want to talk about that one,” says the source. “She wants the swelling to go down and for people not to tell.”
