There’s a lot going on in Texas these days.  Brad Pitt is in Smithville filming “Tree of Life” with Sean Penn, and Vanessa Hudgens is working on her latest flick “Will” in Austin.

The “High School Musical” babe was out and about fueling her Chrysler Sebring and playing with her dog Wednesday afternoon, on break from the set.


She wore a Tokyo Texas hoodie, an oversized Ed Hardy trucker cap, and yoga pants as she ran errands, and didn’t seem too thrilled with the paparazzi that were photographing her.

2008 looks to be a promising year for the brunette babe.  Not only will “Will” be a huge hit for her, but she also has “High School Musical 3” to look forward to.
